RUSAYL HEAD OFFICE
Our 220,000 sq.m facility in Al Rusayl is a testament to ICV in Oman. The facility houses a 6000 sq.m covered fabrication shop and specialized fully enclosed cladding, vessel, pipe and duplex shops. Additionally, our 8000 sq.m covered ultra-modern machine shop expands the capacity and the range of our machined items to 2.2m in diameter and 6m in length. The 750 sq.m blasting and painting shop supports the fabrication facilities and ensures adherence to international environmental standards.
MARINE
The Rusayl Marine/Composite 26,000 sq.m facility specializes in fabricating Skid & trailer mounted systems, special welding services, blasting & painting, large scale maintenance and assemblies.
NIZWA
UES Nizwa is a 72,000 sq.m. facility. The facility includes an API and Premium thread licensed machine shop, 20,000 psi test bay and overhaul capacities for hoist, workover and other Oil Field equipment. Nizwa offers JV opportunities to our principals and currently caters to a number of UES partners.
UNITED KINGDOM
Hyspec Engineering is a precision engineering machining facility located in Stewarton, Scotland, UK and has recently expanded by adding an additional 2,000 sq.m facility in Moorfield. The facility caters to oil & gas, aerospace, nuclear and renewables sectors. The workshop hosts some of the best machine tools which allow Hyspec to deliver parts ranging from 10mm to 2.5 meters in diameter, and 6 meters in length.
GERMANY
KOLLER Maschinen- und Anlagenbau, Germany is specialized in the design and fabrication of well servicing products like wireline-, pumping, coil tubing units and workover RIGs.
Malaysia
UES International (Malaysia) is a 5,000 sq.m facility in Melaka, which specializes in advanced composites fabrication for the Marine and Aerospace industries. UESI facilities are accredited to DNV 2.21 standard – Craft.
